Christian
is the founder and President of RTS
Marketing Research, a full service marketing
research firm headquartered in Houston,
Texas. He has committed his company to
working closely with its clients to ensure
that
the research they receive is accurate and
actionable.
Christian has conducted a full spectrum of
marketing research across numerous
industries. His experience includes store
environment studies, segmentation studies,
brand positioning and brand equity studies,
concept
tests, ad testing, customer loyalty studies,
and discrete choice analyses. |
| He is
experienced in both qualitative and
quantitative research, having conducted
research involving telephone surveys, online
surveys, intercept surveys, focus groups,
in-depth interviews, and ethnographic
studies. His industry experience includes
B2B, financial services, retail, consumer
packaged goods, energy and utility,
environment, and education.
Prior to starting his
own business, Christian worked for Ipsos-Insight,
managing over $2 million in research
annually. While at Ipsos-Insight, he managed
major accounts for Michaels, JC Penney, USAA,
Hibernia National Bank, and METRO of Harris
County.
Christian holds an MA
from the University of Kansas in
Communication Studies and a BA in from
Trinity University in Speech Communication
and Business Administration, where he was
elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He has served
as the Chair of the Marketing Research SIG
for the Houston Chapter of the American
Marketing Association and is currently
serving on the Board of Business Marketing
Association – Houston. He is also a member
of the Marketing Research Association,
Houston Ad Federation, and Public Relations
Society of America.
Christian has received
his Professional Research Certification as
an Expert Researcher, from the Marketing
Research Association. Christian was raised
in Houston and currently resides there with
his wife and three children. |
